WELCOME TO HannyKarra.COM BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW. 

The hannykarra.com website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose. 

The goods you purchase will be from Hanny Karra®. 

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders delivered and are in addition to the general terms and conditions, which together govern your contract with us for the sales of products. 

References in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” and “Hanny Karra®” are to Hanny Karra® registered trademark.

1. Use of the site

The site is directly solely at consumers who access this website from the United Kingdom and the site, and the products sold on it are accordingly only appropriate for use only in this location. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws if you are outside of the United Kingdom.

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete, or up to date. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.

2. Order process

 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

The product you ordered is out of stock.

Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.

We have identified a pricing or product description error.

Multiple coupon codes have been used for the same order (you may only use one coupon per order. We will not honour orders where coupons have been “stacked”).

There is a failure to meet the eligibility to order as set out at clause 2 in these Terms and Conditions.

There is a system or procurement failure; and

Failed customer validation checks

Legal restrictions or practices for products in the country you have selected which prevents Hanny Karra® fulfilling your order for delivery.

When you place an order on our website, we shall email you (if no systems error) an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. The email will not be confirmation of order acceptance from Hanny Karra®.

Acceptance of your order for goods and the completion of the contract between you and Hanny Karra® will take place when your goods are dispatched: if the email address provided is correct, we will email you that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to fulfil multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately to comply with regulations for packing and delivery of parfum products by carriers.

3. Products information

3.1 We work with manufacturers to create products for our brand, Hanny Karra®. The manufacturers are responsible for the ingredients of the product and to comply with all necessary regulations worldwide. We recommend checking the list of product ingredients directly on its packaging due to potential changes.

3.2 Due to limited space, we use English language for labelling our products and is the responsibility of the customers to read cautions before use. Please contact us at customerservicehk@outlook.com if you require product information in another language or please use translation tools.

3.3 Hanny Karra® product ingredient listings are updated periodically. Before using a product, please read the ingredient list on the packaging of your product to be sure that the ingredients are appropriate for your personal use.

 4. Delivery

 4.1 You may request international delivery (European Union) by Hanny Karra® by specifying a delivery address outside of the UK. In doing so, you will be contracting separately with Hanny Karra®’s chosen courier service. All delivery arrangements are made between you and Hanny Karra®’s chosen courier service.

 4.2 All parcels will be delivered by courier and some of the deliveries will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your goods, they will leave a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date. If you refuse a shipment from Hanny Karra® or do not take the necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Hanny Karra®. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

 4.3 Please note that your delivery may take longer during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

 4.4 Your order will be accepted by Hanny Karra® when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company chosen by Hanny Karra®’s team for delivery to your chosen address. Completion of the contract between you and Hanny Karra®’s chosen courier service will take place when the goods have been delivered or there have been at attempts to deliver the goods to your chosen address.

 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. From the time of dispatch till the time when the goods are delivered the risk of loss or damage of products passes to the delivery company.

 5. Product Restrictions

5.1 For our products you can choose to arrange delivery to an address outside of the UK, currently European Union only. Where restrictions apply due to logistical, customs or brand restrictions, Hanny Karra’s chosen courier service will not be able to provide international delivery services to you. 

 5.2 Payment, VAT and EU Customs

5.2.1 Payment is to be made in Pounds Sterling via national or international credit cards. The rate of exchange will be determined by the exchange rate at the time of purchase. You will be liable to pay any applicable additional processing or administration charge.

 5.2.2 All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT and EU custom taxes.

 5.2.3 Where you have requested delivery to a non-UK address (European Union), the price paid by you to Hanny Karra® will be subject to custom tax (not UK VAT), the custom tax is included in the price. 

 5.2.4 You will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered complies with the necessary government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements which may affect receipt of your order.

 6. International Delivery Charges

6.1 We will notify you if the delivery charge made by Hanny Karra®’s chosen courier service to you at the time we acknowledge your order for goods. We will collect those delivery charges on behalf of Hanny Karra’s chosen courier service from you when we collect payment from you for your order for goods. For bespoke or special delivery items a communication of any additional delivery cost may be made.

6.2 You will be charged for deliveries outside the UK and EU by Hanny Karra®’s chosen courier service under your contract with them. The delivery charge will not include UK VAT.

International Delivery Lead Times.

6.3 Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination. Please see our Delivery section for more information.

6.4 Your carrier will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside their control, for example, including but not limited to import delays, traffic or higher than anticipated demand. Hanny Karra® shall be under no liability for any delay or failure by the carrier to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

 International Delivery Destinations

6.5 We can ship to those countries serviced by Hanny Karra®’s chosen courier service. 

7. Order cancellation

 7.1 If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been collected for dispatch by your carrier, please contact Hanna Karra® Customer Service team at customerservicehk@outlook.com 

 7.2 As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being collected by your carrier for dispatch. After collection by the carrier for dispatch our Returns Policy clauses will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in clause 8.2.

8. Return policy

8.1 We will refund any item except delivery costs (including custom duties for deliveries in European Union) you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by the carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging. Please take photos of the product that is intact, sealed and not damaged. The buyer/customer will be responsible for return costs, and the buyer/customer’s name and address to be included on the shipping label or in the packing.

8.2 We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened and tested. Examples include but are not limited to parfums which have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods (in this case the product/s need to be in the original condition, sealed and nor damaged).

 9. Cancelling your order because of a change of mind

You may cancel your order because you have changed your mind, at any time within the first 14 days from the point mentioned below in accordance with your statutory right to cancel the order under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 14-day period starts from: (a) for goods - the date on which you / your nominated recipient received the goods; and (b) for Hanny Karra® the date we accept your order.

You cannot cancel the order if you have broken the seal on the goods, if the goods are damaged or you have personalized the goods for example, with engravings or other personalized messages.

To cancel your order in this manner, please contact Customer Service at customerservicehk@outlook.com If you have purchased goods, you will then be required to return the goods to us.   

What will happen when you cancel your order depends on the products you are purchasing from us:

     For goods purchased you will receive a refund of the purchase price less the delivery charges (for deliveries to European Union this include also custom duties). Your refund will be made within five days from the day on which we receive the goods back.

 Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

 Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card or bank account (original payment). This will appear on your account within five days depending on your card / bank.  

 10. Return delivery charges 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and delivery to return an item to Hanny Karra® in the UK. Hanny Karra® will also not refund the original delivery charge or customs duties charged and paid to your local customs authority. Certain countries permit refunds of customs duties paid on goods you subsequently return. You will need to apply to your local authority to process.

Please use your local and trusted postal service for returns. We recommend you use a tracked and insured service as Hanny Karra® will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage. Provided you return your products in accordance with the returns policy and the steps outlined, Hanny Karra® will refund to you the amount applicable to your product.

We will not be able to process a return until we receive your products and they have been checked.

 11. COOKIE POLICY

11.1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that some websites can install in their devices or computer terminals, and which constitute procedures for automatically collecting information on Internet users during their visit to a given website in order to, among other activities, recognize them as return visitors and accordingly personalize their experience, provide faster browsing, collect statistical information, and/or store preferences and browsing habits.
